Lucas Horvath, 27, is a musician and an audio engineer and producer from Rochester, Minnesota.  Lucas has experience playing many different styles and genres of music.  He has also performed in a variety of venues for different occasions. 

 

Lucas attended the Institute of Production and Recording in Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated with an Associates of Applied Sciences in audio production and engineering.  He was mentored under highly experienced music industry names among the likes of Kevin Bowe, Walter Chancellor Jr., Mary Jane Alm and many others.

 

He is also an avid songwriter whose inspirations come from names like Lennon/McCartney and Billie Joe Armstrong.  He heavily emphasizes album flow, instrumentation, and meaningful lyrics in the music he writes.

 

He has spent the last two years writing, mixing, and finalizing his debut album “Buttercup” (releasing early December!)
